1. Agreement

By accessing this website or engaging Candlestack ("we", "us", "our") for development services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Candlestack provides custom website development, Android and iOS application development, and related digital solutions. We deliver source code, design assets, and documentation as agreed in your project proposal or statement of work.

No hosting: We do not provide web hosting, server management, domain registration, or ongoing infrastructure services unless explicitly agreed in writing as a separate engagement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, content, credentials, and third-party accounts (e.g. app store developer accounts, hosting providers) needed to complete your project. Delays caused by missing inputs may extend timelines and are not our liability.

4. Payment

Fees, milestones, and payment schedules are defined in your project agreement. Invoices are due as stated. We may pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of custom work product created specifically for your project transfers to you as specified in your agreement, excluding our pre-existing tools, libraries, and general methodologies. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Warranties & Limitations

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated, services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

7. Third-Party Services

Integrations with payment gateways, analytics, APIs, app stores, and hosting platforms are subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or fees imposed by third parties.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate per the project agreement. Upon termination, you pay for work completed to date. See our Cancellation and Refunds policy for refund details.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction as stated in your signed agreement, or otherwise the laws of India if no jurisdiction is specified.
